Estimates provided through this site (including phone, email, or in person) are based on available information at the time. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a signed work authorization or service agreement.
Free property inspections are offered without obligation. If you accept our written estimate, work begins after you sign a service agreement. If you choose not to proceed, you owe nothing for the inspection.
When we bill insurance directly on your behalf, you authorize us to communicate with your carrier, submit estimates, and receive payment for completed work. You remain responsible for any portion of the cost not covered by insurance, including your deductible.
You retain the right to refuse work or to use a different contractor. Massachusetts law guarantees you the right to choose your restoration provider regardless of insurance carrier preferences.
We stand behind our work. Restoration services come with a workmanship guarantee against defects in our labor for a period of one year from completion. This guarantee covers our workmanship only, not pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage from subsequent events.
Manufacturer warranties on materials we install (drywall, flooring, paint, etc.) are passed through to you.
You may cancel any service agreement within three business days of signing for any reason and receive a full refund of any deposit, as required by Massachusetts consumer protection law. After that window, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already performed or materials already ordered.
