• Drywall, flooring, paint, and full structural rebuild

What to do right after a fire

• Don't re-enter the building until cleared by the fire department
• Don't touch sooty surfaces, the residue is acidic and stains permanently
• Don't run the HVAC system, it spreads soot through the whole house
• Call your insurance company to start the claim
