• PPE & containment: full personal protective equipment, plastic barriers, and negative air pressure.
• Sewage extraction: pump trucks remove all standing waste water.
• Remove contaminated materials: carpet, padding, drywall up to 12" above water line, insulation, and porous items are bagged and disposed.
• Clean & disinfect: every surface scrubbed with EPA-registered antimicrobials.
• Structural drying: air movers and dehumidifiers bring moisture levels back to normal.
• Sanitization & deodorization: final treatment so the space is genuinely safe.
• Rebuild: replace drywall, flooring, baseboards, paint.
