Reconstruction Services

After mitigation comes rebuild. We don't just dry out and walk away, we put your home back together. One team, one project manager, one number to call. Better than before.

From demo to finish work, all in-house

The biggest pain point homeowners face after a major loss isn't the cleanup, it's coordinating the rebuild. Most restoration companies dry your house out, hand you a list of subcontractors, and walk away. You're left juggling a drywaller, a flooring guy, a painter, an electrician, and a general contractor, each with their own schedule, pricing, and excuses.

Not us. We carry the project from the moment of disaster through final walkthrough. Same crew. Same project manager. Same standards.

What's included in our reconstruction

  • Demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, and finishes
  • Structural framing repair (load-bearing walls, joists, studs)
  • Insulation replacement
  • Drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding
  • Painting (primer, base coat, finish coat)
  • Flooring installation (hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet)
  • Trim, baseboard, crown molding
  • Cabinetry installation
  • Plumbing fixture replacement coordination
  • Electrical fixture replacement coordination
  • Permit applications (when required)
  • Final cleaning and walkthrough

When reconstruction follows mitigation

Most of our reconstruction work happens after one of our own mitigation jobs, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation. We already know the home, the materials, the access points, and the insurance scope. Continuity from disaster day to handoff is huge for both quality and timeline.

We also do standalone reconstruction

You're not required to have used us for mitigation. If you've already had drying done by someone else and just need the rebuild, we'll come look at the scope and give you a written estimate.

Permits and code compliance

For larger rebuilds in Peabody, Danvers, and the surrounding towns, the work often requires permits and inspections. We file the permits, coordinate the inspections, and make sure everything meets current Massachusetts building code. You don't need to know what an MA Stretch Code is, we do.

Better than before

If your kitchen drywall got wrecked from a slow leak, you don't just want it patched, you want it looking like the leak never happened. We match paint colors, replace flooring with materials that blend in, and finish at the same level of care as the rest of the home. Many homeowners tell us the rebuild looks better than the original.
